Blogger has amazing features except it's comment box. But don't worry now you can change background and design it as you wish.You can also add a image as background image. Today I have changed my comment box and writing a post on this trick. Installation of this is damn easy and takes only 2 - 5 Min. Let's see how to add it to your blog.....
How to customize blogger comment box -
Go to Blogger Dashboard > Design > Edit Html.
Now find ]]></b:skin>
Paste below code just above ]]></b:skin>.
